[2] the farmyard is private and full of machinery which could pose a safety hazard to the unauthorised and untrained; [3] the a488 is a fast road and particularly dangerous to cross in the immediate vicinity of the farm. 23 september 2016 black rhadley hill, optional revision for 2016 by kind permission of the landowners for the day of the event only there is an optional alternative route to ascend black rhadley commencing at grid ref 335957 and using the public footpath to the west of, and then north of, pellrhadley hill;
